Functional Health collects only what’s needed to connect you with a practitioner and coordinate your care: contact details, the information you share with our intake assistant, your appointments, messages, and (for members) protocol and billing data. We treat health information as confidential and apply HIPAA-aligned safeguards.
We do not sell your personal or health information. Information you share with a practitioner is available to that practitioner and their care team. Payment is processed by our payment provider; supplement orders are processed by Fullscript under their privacy terms.
